Todd Snipes

 

Todd Snipes quickly became one of the top real estate investing experts in the coutnry.  He started his investing career ten years ago when he bought and sold his first property in less than 2 weeks earning a $30,000 profit.  Over the years, Todd has purchased and sold hundreds of properties and has become a leader in the real estate community training new investors on current wholesaling techniques. 

After his second deal created over $90,000 in profit, Todd was hooked on real estate and decided to give up his day job to become a full time Investor.  Early on, Todd realized the power of duplication and leverage.  He created a team of acquisitions partners throughout the states of Florida and Georgia and exponentially grew his business.  Within no time, Todd was flipping over 10 houses per month consistently averaging a minimum of $35,000 net profit per deal.  The interesting part of Todd's business was that his partners did not have any formal investing experience, they simple had a burning desire to learn the business, they were teachable, they had faith and the wanted a better life for their families.  These were key factors in Todd's decision join forces with new partners.

Todd currently resides in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida with his wife of sixteen years (Samantha) and his two boys (Cole age 6) and (Skyler age 4).  He loves to travel and spend quality time with his family and friends.  Todd also continues to travel the country in search of new real estate deals and new partners to coach and mentor.
