Scott graduated from Central Methodist College in 1987 with a BS in Education. In 2006 he earned his master's degree in Administration from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar Missouri.

 

With over 25 years of real estate experience Scott is an expert in investment, management, and real estate acquisitions. In 1998 Scott created Surgener Development as a real estate management company to help oversee his acquisitions. In 2003 he founded and managed Chesapeake Homes LLC which built million dollar homes. In 2004 he co-founded Peak Consulting with his business partner which acted as an owner agent representing owners within the commercial building industry. Peak consultant has overseen nearly 100 million dollars in commercial building projects.

 

Scott has personally invested in everything from single family homes, multi-unit homes,  and apartment complexes. That coupled with his years of building and consulting experience make Scott an expert in all aspects of the real estate industry.

 

Scott and Jason joined forces in 2002 to create a real estate team like no other. With almost 50 years of experience between them, they bring the experience and the knowledge needed to survive in this volatile market. Their cutting edge marketing strategies, for sale by owner assistance programs, and national affiliate networks soon catapulted them into the national spotlight.

 

 

Scott and Jason host an Annual Real Estate Summit in February each year that is offered to our select realtor, investor, and mentor partners.
